My knees are pain-free!

I have been a water skier and runner most of my life with a number of marathons under my belt. In 2013, you addressed my meniscus tears and I asked if I could continue running and you responded –

“yes, you’ll just be back to see me sooner.”

I did quit after that visit- but not soon enough. My legs became more bow-legged and as time passed most activated became painful, especially last year. The added unexpected bonus is that I have straight legs now.
